The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of Accessories For Volumetric Infusion Pumps For The Supply Of Cytostatics, Along With The Rental Of Volumetric Infusion Pumps, Pump Stands, And Docking Stations To The Ordering Partys Headquarters In Accordance With The Description And Requirements Contained In Annexes No. 1A And 1B To These Specifications. 2. The Validity/Warranty Period Of Infusion Pump Accessories Cannot Be Less Than 12 Months From The Date Of Delivery. 3. Requirements For Accessories For Infusion Pumps: A) The Contractor Undertakes To Conduct, At The Request Of The Ordering Party, Training Of The Ordering Partys Staff At Its Registered Office - Os. Złotej Jesieni 1, 31-826 Kraków - With The First Delivery Of The Goods To The Szpitalna Pharmacy On The Date Agreed In Writing With The Ordering Party, But No Later Than 30 Days From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract. B) The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Submit An Attendance List From The Training Referred To In Section 3 Point A) With Signatures Of Trained Users Confirming Their Actual Presence To The Hospital Pharmacy Within 5 Business Days From The Date Of The Training. 4. Requirements For Volumetric Infusion Pumps And Docking Stations: A) On The Day Of Delivery Of The Subject Of The Contract, The Contractor Is Obliged To Train The Ordering Partys Employees On The Delivered Devices At The Ordering Partys Headquarters - Os. Złota Jesieni 1, 31-826 Kraków - Or Providing Such Training At Your Own Expense By A Third Party, Which Will Be Confirmed By The Issuance Of Personalized Certificates. B) The List Of Technical And Operational Parameters Limiting The Rental Of Volumetric Infusion Pumps And Docking Stations Is Included In Annex No. 1B To The Swz. 5. Offers That Do Not Include The Full Scope Of The Subject Of The Contract (Within The Part They Concern) Will Be Rejected. 6. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Ask Contractors, At The Stage Of Examination And Evaluation Of Offers, To Provide Samples Of The Offered Subject Of The Order In Order To Test Them And Check The Technical Or Professional Capacity Of The Contractor To Perform The Order. The Costs Associated With This Are Borne By The Contractor. 7. The Remaining Terms Of The Order Are Specified In The Draft Contract Constituting Annex No. 3A And 3B To The Swz. Xi.
