Natural Gas – Regular Delivery Of Compressed Natural Gas To Feed The Heating System Of Txa-Varna. In Order To Carry Out The Supply Of Compressed Natural Gas (Cng), The Public Procurement Supplier (Po) Needs To Provide The Relevant Technical Equipment - Specialized Transport And Replaceable Cylinder Groups With A Working Pressure Of 20 Mpa, Assembled In A Strong Metal Frame And Mounted On A Mobile Platform. The Gas Cylinder Groups Must Be Equipped With A Shut-Off And Measuring System And An Automatically Acting Safety Device, Which Ensures The Release Of Natural Gas Into The Atmosphere When The Temperature Of The Walls Of The Bottles Rises Above 100 Degrees Celsius. All Gas Equipment Must Be Equipped With A Passport And A Certificate, According To The Legal Requirements. Characteristics Of Cng: Natural Gas Methane - Compressed With A Calorific Value Not Lower Than 8000 To 10000 Kilocalories Per Cubic Meter. The Pressure Of The Supplied Natural Gas /Methane/ Is Compressed To 20 Mpa. Quality Requirements: The Delivered Cng Must Meet The Requirements And Standards Defined In The Ordinance On The Quality Of Liquid Fuels, The Conditions, Order And Manner Of Their Control, The Requirements Of The Clean Air Act, As Well As All Other Applicable Requirements Of The Current Regulatory Framework Of The Republic Of Bulgaria - According To Bds Or Equivalent. A Certificate Of Calorific Value Of The Delivered Cng Is Provided. The Estimated Annual (Seasonal) Amount Of Gas Is 200 Hnm3 For A Contract Term Of Up To 4 (Four) Years. The Contracting Authority Is Not Bound By The Delivery Of The Entire Estimated Quantity.
