It Services: Consulting, Software Development, Internet And Support – Ict Services, Niiralan Kulma Oy. The Object Of The Procurement Is The Customers Ict And Information Network Services. The Procurement Covers The Customers Entire Personnel User Environment In Two Main Groups: Office Users And Field Users. Property Users (Around 50 People) Mainly Work On Windows Workstations And Extensively Use M365 Office Applications And Industry-Specific Systems. Field Users (About 90 People) Mainly Work On Mobile Devices With A More Limited Number Of Tools (E.G. E-Mail, Teams And Browser) And Their Support Needs Are Focused On Mobile Use. The Terminal Device Base Consists Of Approximately 80 Windows Workstations And Approximately 170 Mobile Devices (Ios And Android). The Service Contract Is To Be Concluded During Q3. The Implementation Project Is Supposed To Start Immediately After This And The Service Is Supposed To Be Put Into Use During 2026. The Contract Is Valid Until Further Notice.
