The Procuring Entity Will Conclude Framework Agreements Separately With Three Potential Contractors, Ranked From First To Third Place Inclusive, Provided That There Are A Sufficient Number Of Offers That Meet The Procuring Entitys Previously Announced Conditions. Provided That There Are Not A Sufficient Number Of Participants Who Meet The Selection Criteria, Or A Sufficient Number Of Offers That Meet The Previously Announced Conditions Of The Contracting Authority, The Contracting Authority May Conclude A Framework Agreement With Less Than Three Potential Contractors. For The Conclusion Of Each Specific Contract That Is Awarded Under The Framework Agreement, The Contracting Authority Will Conduct An Internal Competitive Selection By Sending An Invitation To Participate To All Persons With Whom A Framework Agreement Has Already Been Concluded Pursuant To Art. 82, Para. 4 Of The Zop, And Will Determine The Executor Of The Relevant Contract Based On The Criterion: Lowest Price.
