The Purpose Of This Consultation Is To Support Rte In The Design, Organization And Execution Of The Head Offices Evening Of Wishes, For The January 2027 Edition And, Optionally, For The January 2028 Edition. The Expected Service Includes In Particular: The Proposal Of A Creative And Scenographic Concept Serving As A Common Thread For The Entire Evening; The Operational And Logistical Organization Of The Event, Including The Coordination Of All The Service Providers Involved On The Day; The Design And Coordination Of Activities And Associated Devices; Management Of Preparation And Deployment Planning. The Rental Of The Venue As Well As The Catering Services Do Not Fall Within The Scope Of This Consultation And Will Be Taken Care Of Directly By Rte. Optional Service: The Organization Of The 2028 Head Office Wishes Is Also Part Of The Scope. Rte Will Inform The Market Holder Of The Exercise Of This Option According To The Conditions Provided For In The Contract.
