The Delivered Products Must Fully Correspond To The Offered Products Specified In The Price List And In The Technical Documentation From Point 2. Content And Manufacturing Method (Part Of The Instructions For Bidders). Only Exceptionally, In Justified, Unforeseen Cases, Based On The Prior Consent Of The Client, The Selected Tenderer May Deliver Replacement Goods/Items That Must Be Of Equal Or Better Quality Than Those Requested In The Price List. All Costs Of Maintenance, Servicing And Spare Parts Are Borne By The Selected Bidder For The Duration Of The Framework Agreement, I.E. The Individual Contract, And In Case Of Impossibility Of Repair, It Is Obliged To Provide The Client With A Replacement Device. In Relation To The 3D Printer, The Selected Tenderer Is Obliged To Conduct Training For The Use Of The 3D Printer At The Clients Location. The Client Has The Right To Request That The Training Be Repeated Up To Three Times A Year. The Selected Tenderer Must Organize Training Within Seven Days Of Receiving The Clients Request.
