Through This Initiative, A Diagnosis And Development Of Community Emergency And Disaster Risk Reduction Plans Is Sought, Aimed At Identifying And Characterizing The Risk Of Disasters In Each Community In The Region, Considering, For This Purpose, The Information And Background Referring To Threats, Vulnerabilities And Exposure, Which Constitute The Basis For The Development Of Community Plans, Based On Or Using Regional Territorial Planning Instruments Such As The Prot Regional Territorial Land Management Plan, Regional Rural Development Policy Prdr, Regional Urban Development Policy Prdu, Regional Plan For Development Of Extreme Zones Pedze And Zoning Of The Coastal Edge And National Regulations Relating To Disaster Risk Management Such As Law 21,364, The National Disaster Risk Reduction Plan, The Regional Plan For Drr And The Regional Emergency Plan, Since These Instruments Include Studies Of Natural Threats And Risks, Proposing Guidelines, Principles, Priority Axes And Strategic Objectives, Strengthening Disaster Risk Planning And Management.
