The Objective Of This Bidding Process Is To Contract The Performance Of Repair Work Detailed In These Bases To Bring The Elevators And Equipment To An Optimal State Of Operation, Considering These Repairs The Consideration Of “Zero Or Base State” And From There The Maintenance Of This Equipment Will Be Carried Out. A Second Objective Is To Contract For A Period Of 36 Months, The Preventive And Corrective Maintenance Service, Improvement, Repair And Emergencies Of The Vertical Transport Systems Elevators, Escalators, Forklifts, Stair Lifts, Among Others, Installed In Buildings Of The Municipality Of Las Condes, In Order To Preserve Their Normal Functioning, Protect And Prolong The Useful Life Described In These Bases.
