Bids Are Invited For Pp Nº24-2026 Recording Studio At Ccgm Of Villa Alemana

This Public Proposal Consists Of The Creation Of A Closed Area In The Basement Of The Gabriela Mistral Cultural Center (Ccgm) Building In The Commune Of Villa Alemana, Without Natural Lighting, Measuring 40M2 And With A Wall In The Center That Partially Divides The Area. An Intervention Will Be Carried Out Slightly Modifying The Geometry Of The Room And Incorporating New Elements And Materials To Improve The Acoustics And Achieve Parameters In Line With Those Required In A Recording Studio. The Structure Of The Room, Composed Of The Perimeter Walls, The Central Wall And The Large Beam That Builds Two Porches, Articulate The Order, A Situation That Establishes The Guidelines Of The Proposed Enclosures. To Achieve The Projected Acoustic Conditions, The Proposal Considers: A Network Of Acoustic Ducts Based On Fiberglass And Protective Veil, In Addition To Plasterboard Borders To Isolate The Equipment, On Ceiling-Slab Perimeter Partitions; Plasterboard, Plywood, Asphalt Membrane.
