The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of An Investment Task In The Design And Build Formula: Adaptation Of The Student House And The Teaching Building A Of The Branch Of The Fryderyk Chopin University Of Music In Białystok To The Applicable Fire Safety Regulations. The Order, Due To The Need To Settle The Subsidy For Individual Facilities Separately, Is Divided Into Two Tasks. Task 1 - Covers The Adaptation Of The Student House Of The Branch Of The Fryderyk Chopin University Of Music To The Applicable Fire Protection Regulations. The Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Includes: • Development Of Design Documentation, I.E. Construction Design And Technical Designs Including The Adaptation Of The Student House Building To The Applicable Fire Protection Regulations By Fire Separation Of The Staircase And Escape Routes (Including The Construction Of An Exit To The Roof), Design Of The Installation Positive Pressure Smoke Removal From The Staircase, Designing The Electrical Installation Including Emergency Lighting, Sensors And The Control Panel Of The Positive Pressure Smoke Removal System From The Staircase With Power Supply, Replacing The Door To The Electrical Switchboard Room With A Door With A Fire Resistance Class, Replacing The Roof Covering With A Covering With A Fire Resistance Class Re15, Replacing Internal Hydrants With Hp25 With A Semi-Rigid Hose, Obtaining A Building Permit On Behalf Of The Ordering Party Or Reporting Works That Do Not Require A Permit Construction. The Design Documentation Should Be Prepared Based On The Attached Functional And Utility Program. • Carrying Out Authors Supervision On The Construction Site Until The Subject Of The Order Is Accepted By The Ordering Party. • Carrying Out Construction And Installation Works, Including Adapting The Building Of The Student House To The Applicable Fire Protection Regulations Resulting From The Construction Design Approved (By The Ordering Party And The Local Government Administration Body), Equipping The Building With Fire-Fighting Equipment Indicated In The Expertise And Developing Fire Safety Instructions. Note - Adapting The Roof Of The Student House To The Regulations Fire Protection Is Not Included In The Scope Of Construction Works. Task 2 - Includes The Adaptation Of The Teaching Building A Of The Branch Of The Fryderyk Chopin University Of Music In Białystok To The Applicable Fire Protection Regulations. The Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Includes: • Execution Of Construction Designs (Land Development Design, Architectural And Construction Design) And Technical And Executive Designs:A. Design Of The Expansion, Superstructure And Reconstruction Of Part Of Teaching Building A With External Emergency Stairs, Including: Preparation Of A Map For Design Purposes. Preparation Of A Land Development Design And An Architectural And Construction Design (Including The Necessary Arrangements). Obtaining A Building Permit On Behalf Of The Ordering Party And/Or Reporting Work
