1) The Subject Of The Order Is The Development Of Design Documentation And The Construction Of A Bicycle Path And A Pedestrian Path Along Dw 482 - Ul. Jana Pawła Ii On The Section From Approx. Km 48+680 (Junction With An Internal Road With A Concrete Paving Stone Surface, Located On Plot 200/222 Within 16 Sieradz City) To The Intersection With Ul. 1 And 3 Maja In Sieradz (Stefan Wyszyński Roundabout) Approx. Km 49+380, Including: Design Documentation: • Preparation Of Construction And Executive Designs (Separately For Each Industry) And Obtaining Decisions, Provisions, Conditions, Arrangements And Opinions Resulting From The Regulations Enabling The Implementation And Operation Of The Project, • Preparation Of Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works; • Surveying Services; • Geological And Engineering Services; • Development And Approval Of Traffic Organization Designs For The Duration Of The Works And Permanent Traffic Organization; Construction Works:• Execution Of Construction Works Based On The Above Designs; • Carrying Out The Required Tests And Examinations And Preparing Documents Related To Putting The Task Into Operation; • Obtaining On Behalf Of The Ordering Party A Decision On An Occupancy Permit/Certificate Of No Objection To The Notice Of Completion Of Construction, • Fees For All Supervisions, Examinations, Tests, Etc.; • Designers Supervision; • Post-Construction Surveying Inventory; • As-Built Design Documentation.2) Pursuant To The Provisions Of Article 121 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Ordering Party Reserves The Obligation To Personally Perform Key Tasks Regarding: Execution Of Bituminous Layers Of The Surface.
