1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Renovation Of The Running Track At The Municipal Stadium In Ropczyce, Plot No. 1989/3, At Ul. Mickiewicza 56.2. The Scope Of Construction Works Planned To Be Carried Out Includes: 1/ Washing The Surface, 2/ Filling Of Punctual Surface Defects, 3/ Filling The Linear Defect Along The Edge, 4/ Priming, 5/ Spraying, 6/ Painting Lines (In Place Of The Existing Ones).3. Moreover, As Part Of The Order, The Contractor Is Obliged To: 1/ Appropriately Secure The Construction Site Against Access By Unauthorized Persons, 2/ Perform The Necessary Tests, Examinations, Inspections And Acceptances, 3/ Prepare The Necessary Documents Required For Implementation, Such As: Declaration Of The Construction Manager, Certificate Of Membership In The Chamber Of Civil Engineers, Safety And Health Protection Plan.4. The Detailed Scope And Method Of Execution Of The Order Are Determined By The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Contained In The Swz, Including The Design Documentation (Detailed Design) Constituting Annex No. 2 To The Swz, The Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works Constituting Annex No. 3 To The Swz And The Bill Of Quantities Constituting Annex No. 4 To The Swz. The Bills Of Quantities Are Of An Auxiliary Nature And The Quantities Given Therein Are Indicative. 5. The Subject Of The Order Must Be Performed In Accordance With Applicable Regulations, Including: Health And Safety Regulations, Pn Regulations Transposing European Standards Or Standards Of Other Member States Of The European Economic Area Transposing These Standards, Principles Of Technical Knowledge, Technical Conditions For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works, Due Diligence, Proper Organization, Safety And Good Quality.6. The Materials Used In The Implementation Of The Works Should Meet The Requirements Specified In Art. 10 Of The Construction Law And Should Have Documents Confirming Approval For Use And Compliance With Relevant Standards.7. Where The Origin (Brand, Trademark, Manufacturer, Supplier) Of Materials Is Indicated In The Design Documentation Or Bills Of Quantities Or The Standards Referred To In Art. 101 Section 1 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Ordering Party Allows For The Use Of Materials And Solutions Equivalent In Terms Of Technical, Functional And Operational Parameters In The Execution Of The Order, Provided That They Ensure Technical Parameters Not Worse Than Those Assumed In This Specification, After Acceptance By The Ordering Party. At The Same Time, The Ordering Party Allows All Their Market Equivalents Not Worse Than Those Indicated. A Contractor Who Refers To Equivalent Solutions Is Obliged To Demonstrate That The Materials, Devices And Construction Works Offered By Him Meet The Requirements Specified By The Ordering Party.
