The Scope Of Works Includes, Among Others: - Construction Of A Building - Construction Of An Alarm Siren Mast - Construction Of Area Hardening, Including: A Parking Lot And Pedestrian Paths - Construction Of A Garbage Shelter, - Relocation Of The Aircraft Along With Its Renovation, - Construction Of Underground Power Installations And Area Lighting, - Construction Of A Sewage System To Discharge Rainwater Along With Retention Tanks And Separators And Plots Of Infiltration Boxes, - Construction Of A Water Connection With Hydrants, (Attention!!!: The Documentation Covers A Larger Scope, The Ordering Party Informs That The Water Connection Has Been Made To The Border Of Plot 188/5 Along With A Passage Through The Municipal Road And A Hydrant - The Scope Excluded From The Order Is Specified In The Graphic Attachment In The Design Documentation Br, Sanitary) - Construction Of A Sanitary Sewage System With A Pumping Station And A Connection Chamber And A Fat Separator, - Construction Of Telecommunications Connections, - Removal Of Conflicts With The Power Grid, - Delivery And Installation Of Equipment Technology, Including Connections And Commissioning. The Scope Of The Order Includes All Necessary Work To Obtain, In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Construction Law, A Building Use Permit And Use The Building In Accordance With Its Intended Purpose Along With The Development Of The Plot - The Contractor Will Be Responsible For Carrying Out All Necessary Tests, Protocols, Tests And All Other Necessary Documents To Obtain An Occupancy Permit (The Costs Will Be Covered By The Contractor).
