The Subject Of The Order Are Construction Works Related To The Implementation Of An Investment Consisting In The Design And Implementation Of Works Consisting In The Modernization Of The Północ Sewage Treatment Plant In Siewierz.2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Specified In The Specification Of The Terms Of The Order And The Functional And Utility Program. 3. The Order Will Be Implemented In The Design And Build Formula.4. The Project Is Co-Financed Under The European Funds For Silesia 2021-2027 Program From The European Regional Development Fund. 5. As Part Of The Design Process, The Subject Of The Order Includes In Particular: A) Preparation Of Necessary Expertise - Before Starting The Task, The Contractor Will Verify, At His Own Expense, The Initial Design Data Presented By The Ordering Party. B) Development Of Complete Design Documentation For The Modernization Of The Sewage Treatment Plant, Including The Necessary Documents And Arrangements. C) Protocol Agreement On The Detailed Concept With The Ordering Party, Which Is A Condition For Commencing The Design And Implementation Of The Task. D) Obtaining The Arrangements, Permits, Notifications, Etc. Required By Law,6. As Part Of The Build Process, The Subject Of The Order Includes In Particular: A) Performance Of Construction Works Based On The Prepared Design Documentation, Based On The Guidelines Of The Pfu And Swz, B) Commissioning Of The Installation, C) Inspections, Tests, Commissioning And Adjustment Of The Installation, Training Of Indicated Representatives, D) Preparation Of Complete As-Built Documentation, Including Measurements And Geodetic Inventory, E) Preparation Of A Complete Application For An Occupancy Permit Or Notification Of Completion Of Construction Works, F) Performance Of Other Works Necessary For The Proper Implementation Of The Subject Orders.7. Construction Works Can Be Commenced After The Development Of Design Documentation Prepared And Delivered By The Contractor, Approved By The Ordering Party/Supervisory Inspector And After Obtaining The Arrangements, Permits, Notifications, Etc. Required By Law /If Necessary/.8. The Subject Of The Order Also Includes Authors Supervision. 9. The Ordering Party Requires That Design And Construction Works Be Carried Out During Continuous Operation Of The Sewage Treatment Plant. If It Is Necessary To Shut Down The Sewage Treatment Plant, Alternative Solutions Should Be Provided That Will Enable Sewage Collection And Will Not Disturb The Operation Of The Treatment Plant. Technological Breaks Along With The Permissible Time Of Equipment Shutdown, E.G. Caused By Switching On New Devices, Must Be Reported In Advance And Obtain The Consent Of The Ordering Party And The Investors Supervision Inspector.
