Moreover, The Lack Of Dividing The Task Into Smaller Parts Does Not Constitute A Barrier For Smes, As There Are Civil Law Possibilities For Cooperation Between Contractors, Which Allow Small And Medium-Sized Enterprises To Carry Out This Task. 3.4. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Submission Of Variant Offers Or Offers In The Form Of Electronic Catalogues. 3.5. The Ordering Party Provides For Employment Requirements Based On An Employment Relationship, In The Circumstances Referred To In Art. 95 Of The Public Procurement Law.
