1. The Subject Of The Order Is - Construction Of A Municipal Road With Drainage, Reconstruction Of The Power Grid Conflict, Construction Of A Technological Channel, Reconstruction Of The Telecommunications Network - Ul. Lido Housing Estate In Zabór, Zielona Góra Poviat, Lubuskie Voivodeship, Based On The Design Documentation Attached To The Swz Together With The Bill Of Quantities. The Scope Of Work Includes, Among Others: Preparatory Works, Earthworks, Drainage And External Devices, Foundations, Asphalt Concrete Surfaces, Finishing Works, Traffic Safety Devices, Street Elements, Relocation Of Mv Cable - Electrical Industry, Construction Of A Technological Channel, Removal Of Collisions With The Telecommunications Network2. The Detailed Scope Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Specified In The Design Documentation, Which Constitutes An Integral Part Of The Specification Of The Terms Of The Contract (Appendices No. 4 To The Swz) And The Bill Of Quantities - Annexes No. 5. The Bill Of Quantities Is Attached Only As An Aid.3. The Contractor Will Carry Out The Works Using New Materials And Own Equipment, Which He Will Purchase And Deliver To The Construction Site At His Own Expense And Risk. The Cost Of Purchase And Delivery Of All Materials And Equipment Used To Complete The Subject Of The Order Is Included In The Contractors Remuneration. The Materials And Devices Used During The Execution Of The Works Must Be Approved For Use In Construction, In Accordance With The Applicable Legal Regulations. Demolition Materials Are The Property Of The Ordering Party.4. Throughout The Entire Period Of Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Is Obliged To Employ Persons Performing Activities Related To The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order, I.E. Direct Performance Of Construction Works In All Industries - All Manual Workers Performing Construction Works On The Construction Site, Technical Construction Staff, With The Exception Of The Construction Manager, Works Manager Solely On The Basis Of Employment Contracts Within The Meaning Of The Provisions Of The Act Of June 26, 1974, Labor Code (Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 277).5. The Information On Parameters And Functions Contained In This Swz Together With The Annexes Is The Minimum Data - The Ordering Party Allows The Offer Of Products With Extended Functions And Better Parameters, Provided That They Meet The Minimum Requirements Specified In This Order. 6. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Agree And Approve Material Solutions At Every Stage Of Order Execution.7. All Other Parameters Regarding The Scope Of Construction Works Covered By The Order Are Specified In The Design Documentation And Bill Of Quantities.8.
