The Detailed Scope Of Construction Works Is Specified In: - Design Documentation - Annex No. 12A, 12B, 12C To The Swz, - Bill Of Quantities - Annex No. 11A, 11B, 11C To The Swz. The Basis Preparation Of The Offer Includes Design Documentation And Answers To Inquiries During The Public Procurement Procedure. In Order To Precisely Determine The Scope And Bill Of Quantities Of The Works To Be Performed, It Is Recommended That The Contractor Inspect The Site Of The Construction Work Covered By The Proceedings In Question And Obtain All Information That May Be Necessary To Prepare The Offer. Due To The Fact That The Contractors Remuneration Indicated In The Offer Will Be A Lump Sum, When Pricing The Offer, The Contractor Should Rely On The Scope Indicated In The Design Documentation.
