1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Expansion Of The Intersection Of Provincial Roads No. 366 And 367 With The District Road No. 2735D In Kowary Into A Intersection With Circular Traffic. 2. The Task Includes The Implementation Of Construction Works Consisting In The Expansion Of The Existing Four-Entry Intersection Into A Medium-Sized Roundabout Intersection Along With The Reconstruction/Construction Of Accompanying Infrastructure, Including In Particular: Road Works, Drainage In The Form Of Storm Sewage And Drainage Devices, Road Lighting, Telecommunications And Technological Channels, And Land Development (Including The Restoration Of Greenery). 3. The Investment Task Is Expected To Include: 1) Execution Of Construction Works In Accordance With The Documentation That Has Received Final Approval From The Lower Silesian Road And Railway Service In Wrocław As To Its Correctness And Completeness, Including Supervision; 2) Placing The Temporary Traffic Organization Project In The Field - Based On The Approved Project (In Accordance With Approval No. 732/2025 Of October 22, 2025 Of The Marshal Of The Lower Silesian Voivodeship); 3) Erection Of Permanent Traffic Organization (Sor) In The Field - Based On The Approved Design (In Accordance With Approval No. 733/2025 Of October 22, 2025 Of The Marshal Of The Lower Silesian Voivodeship). 4. The Karkonosze County Is Implementing The Order As A Substitute Investor Of The Lower Silesian Voivodeship. 5. The Subject Of The Order Is Co-Financed From Funds From A Special-Purpose Subsidy From The Lower Silesian Voivodeship. 6.
