1. The Subject Of This Order Is The Provision Of Psychological Services As Part Of The Project Titled: Regional Crisis Center No. Fepz.06.23-Ip.01-0001/24 Co-Financed By The European Union And The State Budget Under The European Funds For Western Pomerania 2021-2027 Program, Hereinafter Referred To As The Project.2. The Ordering Party Does Not Divide The Order Into Parts. The Subject Of The Order Is The Comprehensive Provision Of Psychological Services As Part Of The Project Titled: Regional Crisis Center, Including In Particular Individual Consultations, Conducting Thematic Workshops And Running A Self-Help Club. All The Indicated Elements Constitute A Coherent And Interconnected Support System For Project Participants. The Lack Of Division Of The Order Into Parts Results From The Need To Ensure A Uniform Methodology Of Service Delivery, Coherence Of Psychological Impacts And Continuity Of The Support Process. The Division Of The Order Could Result In The Dispersion Of Responsibility Among Several Contractors, Difficulties In The Coordination Of Activities And The Risk Of Inconsistency Of The Working Methods Used With The Project Participants. At The Same Time, The Implementation Of The Order By One Contractor Will Enable Efficient Organization Of The Schedule Of Classes And Flexible Adjustment Of The Scope And Deadlines For The Provision Of Services To The Current Needs Of The Project Participants, Which Is Important For The Effectiveness Of The Support Provided. Taking Into Account The Nature Of The Order, Its Integrated Scope And The Need To Ensure High Quality And Continuity Of Services, The Ordering Party Concluded That Dividing The Order Into Parts Would Be Pointless And Could Have A Negative Impact. To Achieve The Projects Objectives.3. The Subject Of The Order Referred To In Section 1 Above Includes: A) Support For People Going Through Crisis Situations Or After A Crisis In The Form Of Individual And/Or Group Consultations Aimed At Ongoing Assistance In Solving Life Difficulties And Problems, Crisis Situations B) Conducting Thematic Workshops In Accordance With The Needs Of Project Participants. C) Conducting Self-Help Clubs And/Or Support Groups In Accordance With The Needs Of Project Participants.4. Description Of The Order Execution Method: The Planned Total Number Of Hours Of Service Provision Is 900 Clock Hours. 1 Hour Is Understood As 60 Minutes. The Average Duration Of Services Is Approximately 25 Hours Per Month During The Entire Project Implementation Period, I.E. From July 2026 To June 2029. The Place Of Execution Of The Order Will Be The Headquarters Of The Regional Crisis Center In Choszczno At Ul. Bolesława Chrobrego 27. The Rooms Necessary To Provide The Services Are Provided By The Ordering Party. The Services Will Be Provided From Monday To Friday On Working Days, From 8:00 A.M.
