The Contractor Is Obliged To: • Develop Complete, Multi-Discipline Design Documentation (Construction Design And Detailed Design), In Accordance With Applicable Law, Standards And Principles Of Technical Knowledge, • Obtain All Required Arrangements, Opinions, Technical Conditions, Decisions And Permits, • Obtain The Final Decision On The Construction Permit.2) Carry Out Construction Works3) Perform Authors Supervision.
