I. The Subject Of The Order Is The Execution Of Works For The Task Called Construction Of A Running Track And Long Jump At Primary School No. 5 In Siedlce On The Plot With Registration Number 52/14, Precinct 92, Along With Equipment. The Order Includes The Construction Of A Three-Track Track For Running Over A Distance Of 60.00 M With A 2.0 M Starting Zone And A 12.0 M Stopping Zone As Well As The Construction Long Jump Hill. The Running Track With The Jump Will Be Located Parallel To The Existing Playing Fields Along The Fence. Material Scope: 1) Construction Works, Including: Preparatory Works, Execution Of Earthworks, Drainage Layer, Crushed Aggregate Base, Wedging And Leveling Layer For The Polyurethane Surface, Setting The Edges On The Concrete Footing, Making A Flexible Base Layer, Making The Polyurethane Surface, Painting The Lines Tracks, Construction Of Jumps (Edges With Pads, Filling). 2) Sports Equipment - Assembly Of A Complete Take-Off Beam. 3) Additional Equipment - Regulation Board, Rake For The Jump, And A Tarpaulin For Covering, Bicycle Racks. 4) Development Of Greenery Around The Running Track And Jump - Safety Zone. Additional Information Regarding The Subject Of The Order: 1. The Detailed Scope Of Works Is Presented In The Design Documentation And The Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works, Which Are An Annex To The Specifications Of The Terms Of The Contract, While The Bill Of Quantities Should Be Treated As An Additional, Auxiliary Annex. The Contractor Should Check The Bill Of Quantities Against The Design Documentation At The Stage Of Preparing The Offer And Price All Works Specified In The Documentation, Including The Design Drawings. The Occurrence, During The Implementation Of The Contract, Of Works Not Included In The Bill Of Quantities Or Works In A Larger Quantity Than That Accepted In The Bill Of Quantities Will Not Entitle The Contractor To Demand Additional Remuneration - If These Works Were Included In The Design Documentation Or Stwiorb..2. All Documents Describing The Subject Of The Contract Should Be Treated As Mutually Complementary And Clarifying In The Sense That In The Event Of Any Ambiguity Or Ambiguity, The Contractor Cannot Limit The Scope Of His Obligation Or The Scope Of Due Diligence In The Performance Of His Obligations Arising From The Public Procurement Contract. 3.
