The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of It Equipmenta) 75 Touchscreen Monitor - 1 Piece;B) 75 Monitor - 6 Pieces;C) 65 Monitor - 1 Piece;D) Computer With Monitor - Teaching Stations - 2 Pieces;E) Computer With Monitor - It Laboratory - 18 Pieces;F) Computer With Monitor For Vr Simulation Plus Vr Goggles - 1 Piece;G) Laptop For Field Simulation – 1 Piece; 2. Detailed Rules For The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order, Warranty Rules And A Description Of The Required Technical Parameters Of The Computer Equipment And The Principle Of Equivalence Are Specified In: A) Draft Provisions Of The Contract (Hereinafter Also Referred To As Ppu) Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Swz; B) Description Of The Subject Of The Contract - Constituting Annex No. 2 To The Swz.3. The Subject Of The Order Is To Be Brand New, Unused, Complete And It Will Not Be Necessary To Purchase Additional Elements And Accessories To Run It And Use It As Intended. No Item Or Any Component Thereof, Fittings, Etc. It Cannot Be Reconditioned Or Exhibition Equipment And Has Not Been Previously Used By Another User.4. Each Delivered Item Of The Order Must Be Equipped With All Accessories Necessary For Proper Operation, An Operating Manual In Polish In A Paper Version Or In An Electronic Version In Polish.5. The Contractor Whose Offer Is Selected Is Obliged To Perform All Installation Or Assembly Of Equipment And Furnishings And Arrange Them According To The Assigned Rooms.6. The Contractor Whose Offer Is Selected Is Obliged To Perform, At His Own Expense, Any Repairs To The Schools Infrastructure That Was Damaged During The Delivery And Installation Of Equipment And Fittings.7. As Part Of The Offer, The Contractor Is Obliged, After Installation Or Assembly, To Collect All Packaging From The Installed Or Assembled Subject Of The Order And Other Materials Not Used During The Installation And Dispose Of Them On His Own And At His Own Expense.8. The Contractor Undertakes To Deliver The Subject Of The Order At His Own Expense And At All Risks, In Particular In Terms Of Loss Or Damage, To The Place Indicated By The Ordering Party. Delivery Should Be Understood As The Purchase Of Individual Products, Transport, Bringing Them To Individual Rooms In The Building And Other Items Not Mentioned Above, But Necessary To Hand Over The Ordered Item To The Ordering Party As Functional And Efficient. 9. The Contractor Is Obliged To Attach A Warranty Card To The Individual Elements Of The Purchase And Specify The Warranty Conditions.10. If The Delivered Items Require Periodic Warranty Inspections, The Contractor Will Perform Them Free Of Charge As Part Of The Warranty Granted. The Warranty Also Covers Free Replacement And Installation Of Consumables.11. The Contractor Undertakes To Deliver The Subject Of The Contract, Made In Accordance With Applicable Regulations, Requirements And Standards Applicable To A Given Product.
