For The Implementation Of The Above-Mentioned Task, The Ordering Party Received A Preliminary Promise Regarding Co-Financing Of The Investment From The Government Program For The Reconstruction Of Monuments.3. The Scope Of The Order Includes In Particular: 1) Stage I - Execution Of: Construction Design (Consisting Of A Land Development Design, Architectural And Construction Design And Technical Design) And An Executive Design, Along With Obtaining The Final Decision On The Construction Permit And Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works (To The Extent Necessary), Bill Of Quantities, Cost Estimate For The Execution Of Construction Works, Obtaining The Opinion Of The Conservator Of Monuments And Other Studies Necessary To Obtain The Result Of The Contract, Along With Obtaining All Necessary Opinions, Arrangements Or Permits;2) Stage Ii - Comprehensive Execution Of Construction Works Consisting In Carrying Out Conservation Works On The Grave Chapel Of The Nowiec Family At The Parish Cemetery In Ostrów Mazowiecka, In Accordance With The Agreed And Approved Documentation. The Scope Of Work Within The 2Nd Stage Also Includes: A) Providing Authors Supervision During The Execution Of The Works, B) Preparing As-Built Documentation.4. A Detailed Description Of The Order Is Specified In The Functional And Utility Program.5. The Contractor Is Obliged To Implement The Subject Of The Order In Accordance With The Functional And Utility Program, The Requirements Specified In The Swz And In The Contract And The Provisions Of Applicable Law, In Particular: The Construction Law, Implementing Acts To The Above-Mentioned. Act, Polish Standards And Principles Of Technical Knowledge And Construction Skills.6. The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform Construction Works In Accordance With The Approved Documentation, The Building Permit Decision, Applicable Legal Regulations And In Accordance With The Principles Of Technical Knowledge.7. Before Commencing Construction Works, The Contractor Is Obliged To Properly Develop, Secure And Mark The Construction Areas And Maintain Them In An Appropriate Condition Until The Construction Is Completed And The Final Acceptance Of The Works.8. All Work Must Be Carried Out With Particular Care So As Not To Damage Nearby Tombstones. 9. All Works Under The Contract Should Be Performed Under The Supervision Of The Construction Manager And The Investors Supervision Inspector Selected By The Ordering Party.10. After Completing The Construction Works, The Contractor Is Obliged To Submit To The Ordering Party The As-Built Documentation In Three Copies (As-Built Construction Documentation, As-Built Surveying Measurements, Product Documents).11. The Contractor Is Obliged To Have Civil Liability Insurance For The Scope Of Its Activities, Including For Damages A
