The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of An Investment Task Titled: Construction Of A Pedestrian And Bicycle Path In The Nowe Warpno Commune In The Design And Build Formula, Including The Development Of Design Documentation, Obtaining The Required Administrative Decisions, Including A Permit For The Implementation Of A Road Investment (Zrid) And Execution Of Construction Works Along With Authors Supervision And Obtaining A Decision On The Occupancy Permit Or Effective Notification Of The Completion Of Construction. The Detailed Scope Of Works And Requirements Are Described In The Functional And Utility Program (Appendix No. 9 Swz) And In The Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works (Appendix No. 10 Swz). The Investment Includes The Design And Construction Of A Pedestrian And Bicycle Path With A Rest Area For Cyclists And Elements Of Small Architecture Aimed At Connecting The Town Of Nowe Warpno With The Town Of Podgrodzie For Pedestrian And Bicycle Traffic. The Route Runs Partly Within The Road, Partly Off It, Including Through A Wooded Area. The Beginning Of The Planned Construction Of The Pedestrian And Bicycle Road Is Located At The Intersection Of Municipal Road 180024Z With Provincial Road No. 114 (Ul. Wojska Polskiego), On Its Right Side, And The End Before The Bus Terminus In Podgrodzie. Length Of The Designed Section: Approx. 1.55 Km With A Usable Width Of Min. 2.5 M. The Exact Route Will Be Specified In The Design Documentation, Taking Into Account Zrid Requirements And Environmental Protection.
