The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of A Service Consisting In Performing The Function Of Contract Engineer Along With Providing Investor Supervision For The Project Entitled Construction Of A Multi-Family Residential Building With The Necessary Infrastructure In Aleksandrów Łódzki At Ul. Pabianicka.2. The Contract Engineer Will Perform His Duties Mainly In The Investment Area (Construction Site), Although He Should Also Include In His Duties Short-Term Trips Related To Meetings, Consultations, Inspections Of Material Manufacturers And Construction Facilities In Terms Of Fulfilling The Obligations Arising From The Presented Pzj (Quality Maintenance Program), Works Organization Project And Other Documents Of The Construction Contract. The Costs Of Such Trips Will Be Covered By The Contract Engineer Himself, Therefore They Should Be Included In The Price 3. The Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Includes In Particular: 1) Verification Of The Implementation Of The Investment Along With The Design Documentation; 2) Ensuring Investor Supervision And Settlement Of Construction In All Necessary Sectors. 3) Checking And Supervision Of The Technical And Construction Documentation Prepared By The Contractor; Works, Its Update In Consultation With The Contractor Of Construction Works; In This Regard, He Should Submit Specific Applications And Opinions; 8) Verification Of The Correct Application Of Procedures Of Institutions Co-Financing The Project And Completion Of Formalities In This Respect*, If Applicable; 9) Certification Of Completed Works And Payments Due To The Contractor Of Construction Works And Preparation Of Reports For The Ordering Party; The Contractor, Including Verification Of The Proposed Design Assumptions Without Additional Remuneration. The Remuneration For This Scope Is Included In The Remuneration For The Implementation Of This Contract. 11) Preparation And Monitoring Of The Financial Settlements Of The Project, Including: Agreeing On Detailed Alternative Solutions With The Ordering Party; Payments; 15) Checking The Substantive, Formal And Accounting Aspects Of Settlements Of Works And Invoices; 20) Preparing Invoice Descriptions In The Electronic System; 21) Reporting In The Scope Of The Investment; 22) Preparation Of The Final Settlement Of The Investment. 23) Formal And Substantive Supervision Over The Achievement Of Result Indicators By The Contractor Of Construction Works - Preparation Of An Ex-Post Audit. 25) Participation In Construction Councils, Which Will Be Appointed At Least Once Every Two Weeks (Inspectors, Contract Engineer). Relevant Regulations And Technical Standards.27) Preventing The Use Of, Among Others, Defective Or Uncertified Materials. 28) Checking And Accepting Construction Works, Including Those That Are Covered Or Disappearing. 29) Confirmation Of The Actual Works Performed And Removal Of Identified Defects. 32) Suspension Of Construction Works If Their Continuation Could Pose A Threat Or Cause Unacce
