1. The Subject Of The Order Is A Property Protection Service, Hereinafter Referred To As The Service, And Consists In Particular In: 1) Physical Protection Of Property, In Particular Facilities Belonging To Zakład Utylyzacji Odpadów Osobowych Sp. Z O.O. In Tczew At Ul. Rokicka 5A And 2) Operation Of The Monitoring System For Facilities Belonging To The Ordering Party. Operation Of The Facilities Monitoring System Means Monitoring Signals From The Local Burglary, Attack And Fire Alarm System To The Alarm Monitoring Station/Central Located In The Main Security Room, And Additionally Controlling Facilities Via The Cctv System At The Ordering Partys Facilities, In Real Time, Including From Thermal Imaging Cameras (During Duty). 3) Carrying Out Physical Rounds And Inspections Of The Facility At Night Sorting Hall, Including In Particular Checking The Security Status Of The Facility, Access Control And Identification Of Threats, While The Inspections Must Be Carried Out In A Real (Physical) Way, And Not Only Through Monitoring Systems. The Contractor Ensures That The Persons Assigned To Carry Out The Order Have The Ability To Perform Activities Resulting From The Nature Of The Service;4) Prepare And Submit To The Ordering Party Monthly Reports On The Implementation Of The Security Service, Including In Particular Information On Events, Interventions, Conducted Rounds And Identified Irregularities.5) In The Event Of A Fire Hazard Signal, The Contractor Is Obliged To: A) Immediately Verify The Event, B) In The Absence Of Clear Signs Of Fire - Immediately Notify The Ordering Party And Act In Accordance With It Instructions, C) In The Event Of An Actual Fire Risk, In Particular The Occurrence Of Fire, Visible Smoke Or Other Clear Signs Of Fire - Immediately Notify The Fire Brigade Headquarters In Tczew, D) Then Call The Intervention Group Via The Alarm Signaling System Operated By The Contractor And Notify The Ordering Party.2. The Service (Basic Scope) Will Be Provided On Working Days From Monday To Friday From: 18:00 – 22:00 Przez 1 Pracownika, A W Godz. From 22:00 - 6:00 By 2 Employees; - Saturdays, Sundays And Holidays And Other Days Off From Work In The Form Of 24-Hour Security By 2 Employees, Excluding The Established Working Hours Of The Ordering Partys Plant, When The Service Of 1 Employee Will Be Sufficient; - Additionally, The Ordering Partys Facilities Will Be Protected 24 Hours A Day By The Contractors Intervention Group, Ready To Take Action On The Facility. Note: Under The Option Right (Optional Scope), The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Extend The Basic Order, I.E. To Cover It On Business Days From Monday To Friday (6:00 A.M. - 6:00 P.M.)
