The Scope Of The Study Includes Existing Road Lanes And Is Intended To Be Used To Describe The Subject Of The Contract Regarding The Performance Of Construction Works. The Subject Of The Contract Is Awarded In Its Entirety (Without Division Into Parts). The Scope Of Documentation Constituting The Subject Of The Order Pursuant To Art. 34 Of The Construction Law Act Includes: 1) Obtaining All Arrangements, Opinions And Permits Necessary For The Proper Execution Of Documentation And Reporting The Execution Of Construction Works Without Comments Or Obtaining A Building Permit, 2) Developing A Map For Design Purposes, 3) Developing A Construction Design (Including A Technical Design) In The Road Industry And In Other Industries (If Applicable) Necessary For The Proper Execution Of The Subject Of The Order, 4) Developing Complete Cost Estimate Documentation - Detailed Investor Cost Estimate And Bill Of Quantities For All Sectors Of Construction Works, 5) Development Of Detailed Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works For All Sectors Of Construction Works, 6) Development Of Information Regarding Safety And Health Protection, If Required, 7) Preparation Of Other Documents And Studies Necessary For The Proper Performance Of The Subject Of The Contract.
