1. The Subject Of This Order Is The Successive Deliveries Of Paper And Paper Products For The Needs Of The Organizational Units Of The Medical University Of Warsaw Within A Period Of 12 Months From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract, On The Terms Specified In The Draft Contract, Constituting Annex 4 To Swz.2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Specifying The Type And Quantity Of The Assortment Of Paper And Paper Products, Was Specified In The Assortment And Price Form, Constituting Annex No. 2 To Swz.3. In Accordance With The Provisions Of § 1 Section 4 Of The Draft Contract, The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Change The Quantity Of The Subject Of The Order While Maintaining The Unit Prices Presented By The Contractor In The Product And Price Form (Appendix No. 2 To The Swz). The Number Of Assortments Of The Subject Of The Order As Part Of The Deliveries Will Result From The Actual Needs Of The Ordering Party During The Term Of The Contract, Subject To Section 4.4. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right Not To Use The Subject Of The Contract In Terms Of Quantity And Value, But Not Exceeding 30% Of The Value Of The Remuneration Specified In § 4 Section 1 Point 3 Of The Draft Agreement. 5. The Contractors Duties Will Include The Successive (In Batches Depending On Needs) Delivery Of Paper And Paper Products To The Ordering Partys Facilities Located On The Banacha Campus In Warsaw, In The Area Between Banacha, Żwirki I Wigury, Ksiącia Trojdena And Pawińskiego Streets, In Particular To The Warehouse Management Section In The Logistics Department Of The Medical University Of Warsaw, Ul. Pawińskiego 3, 02-106 Warszawa, 2-3 Times To The Rectorate Building At Ul. Żwirki I Wigury 61, 02-109 Warszawa And Occasionally To The Address Specified In The Order. The Number Of Shipments Sent To An Address Other Than The Logistics Department Will Not Exceed 4% Of All Deliveries.6. Deliveries Of The Subject Matter Of The Contract Will Be Based On Written Orders Prepared By The Ordering Party And Submitted To The Contractor Electronically Or Placed Directly In The Contractors Electronic System.
