The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Technical Inspection Services Of Medical Equipment And Devices (Part 1 - Technical Inspections Of Topcon Medical Equipment) Specified In Annex No. 2 To The Terms Of Reference, Hereinafter Referred To As Swz For The Provincial Hospital In Bielsko-Biała At Al. Armii Krajowej 101, According To The Quantitative List Specified In Appendix No. 2 To The Swz, Under The Conditions Specified In The Draft Provisions Of The Agreement Constituting Appendix No. 4 To Swz.2. The Concept Of Technical Inspection Of Medical Equipment And Devices Referred To In Section 1, Means Performing Activities The Scope Of Which Is Specified In The Service Documentation Of The Manufacturer Of A Given Device.3. All Installed Elements, Parts And Components Of Medical Equipment And Devices During The Technical Inspection Must Be New (I.E. Not Repaired Or Regenerated).4. The Execution Of The Subject Of The Order Will Take Place At The Expense And Risk Of The Contractor.
