1) The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of Mobile Acoustic Cabins (8 Pcs.), Specified In Annex No. 2 To The Swz, Hereinafter Referred To As Equipment. The Offered Equipment Must Be Brand New And Unused, Come From Current Production (Not Older Than 2025), Have Appropriate Certificates And Standards Allowing Them To Be Sold And Used In The Republic Of Poland.2) The Scope Of The Order Includes: Purchase Of Equipment Along With Its Delivery, Transport, Unloading And Bringing It To The Place Indicated By The Ordering Party, As Well As Installation And Assembly Of The Equipment And Training Of Min. 2 People To Operate The Equipment At The Time And Place Indicated By The Ordering Party. The Ordering Party Requires That The Offered Acoustic Cabins: A) Be A Finished Product, Designed And Manufactured As A Comprehensive System By One Manufacturer, B) Have A Modular Or Monolithic Structure Ensuring Repeatability Of Acoustic And Quality Parameters, C) Not Be Made As Improvised Solutions Or Assembled From Generally Available Building Materials Without Maintaining The Technology Appropriate For Acoustic Cabins, D) Ensure The Declared Acoustic Parameters Confirmed By Technical Documentation Or Tests. The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide Free Warranty Service.3) A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Attached As Annex No. 2 To The Swz.4) The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Possibility Of Submitting Partial Offers. As For The Justification For The Lack Of Division, The Ordering Party Emphasizes That It Would Be Difficult To Find An Objective, Technical, Substantive, Organizational And Logistic Justification For An Even Greater Division Of This Type Of Order Into Parts. The Ordering Partys Intention Is To Obtain Equipment At A Favorable Price As A Result Of The Tender Procedure And To Provide The Future Contractor With A Unified Communication Channel In All Matters Relating To The Implementation Of The Contract, In Particular When The Subject Of The Order Is Implemented In Several Locations.5) The Ordering Party Does Not Envisage The Possibility Of Submitting Variant Offers.6) The Ordering Party Does Not Envisage Awarding Orders For Additional Supplies Within The Meaning Of Art. 214 Section 1 Point 8 In Connection With Joke. 304 Of The Public Procurement Law. 7) Order Completion Date: Up To 5 Weeks From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract.
