The Subject Of The Order Is Mechanical And Hydrodynamic Cleaning Of Storm Sewage Collectors, Storm Inlets With Drains, Absorption Wells, Linear Drainage Elements, And Tv Inspection Of Networks And Connections Located In The Słubice Commune.2. The Scope Of Works Includes: - Mechanical And Hydrodynamic Cleaning Of Rainwater Collectors, - Cleaning Of Street Inlets And Sewers, Including Manual Emptying Of Settling Tanks, If Any - If They Are Present In The Sections Covered By The Subject Of The Order, - Cleaning Of Absorption Wells, In Particular Removal Of Sediments, Silt, Sand, Leaves And Other Impurities Limiting The Absorption Capacity Of The Wells - If They Are Present In The Sections Covered By The Subject Of The Order - Cleaning Of Linear Drainage Elements - In The Event Of Their Occurrence In The Sections Covered By The Subject Of The Order, - Removal Of Sediments, Sand, Silt And Other Impurities From The Elements Of The Storm Sewage System, - Restoration Of Patency Of The Storm Sewage Elements Covered By The Scope Of Work Indicated By The Ordering Party, - Organization And Marking Of The Work Area, - Organization Of Road Traffic For The Duration Of The Works, - Preparatory Works, - Organization Of Temporary Pressure Pipelines And Pumping Of Sewage, Plugging The Channel - As Needed, - Hydrodynamic Cleaning Of The Pipeline, - Removal Of Obstacles Hindering Cleaning Storm Sewage System Using Specialized Equipment, - Transport And Management Of Waste Generated, Along With Presenting The Ordering Party With Documents Confirming The Takeover Of Waste Generated In The Bdo System (Waste Transfer Card), In Accordance With Point 4.2 Opz.3. The Scope And Location Of The Works Include The Storm Sewage System Indicated On The Maps Constituting Annex No. 2 To The Agreement And In The List Of Streets Constituting Annex No. 3 To The Agreement. The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform Work Only On The Sections Of The Storm Sewage System Indicated In Annex 2 To The Contract.4. The Contractor Will Be Liable To The Ordering Party Or Third Parties For Damage Resulting From Improper Performance Of Services.5. The Contractor Will Use Equipment, Tools And All Necessary Consumables To Complete The Subject Of The Order, Which He Will Secure On His Own.6. The Contractor Will Perform Services In Accordance With Applicable Occupational Health And Safety, Fire Protection, Waste Management And Road Safety Regulations.7. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In The Contract Template With Annexes.8. The Order Is Not Divided Into Parts. This Is An Order With A Low Order Value Below The Eu Thresholds. The Terms Of The Procedure And The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Do Not Hinder The Ability Of Small And Medium-Sized Enterprises To Participate.
