1. The Subject Of This Order Is The Development Of A Functional And Utility Program (Ffu) As Part Of The Investment Task Titled Reconstruction Of The Arena Entertainment And Sports Hall [Poznań]. The Subject Of The Order Includes In Particular The Implementation Of The Functional And Utility Program (Ffu), The Concept Along With Obtaining The Necessary Conditions, Opinions, Arrangements, Administrative Decisions, Accompanying Studies And The Calculation Of The Planned Costs Of Design Works And The Planned Costs Of Construction Works For The Investment Task In Question. The Implementation Of The Investment Task Is Aimed At Raising The Standard Of The Facility To A Level Enabling The Organization Of Sports Events Of The Highest League Level And The Development Of Commercial And Accompanying Functions, While Maintaining The Existing Structure Of The Building. The Functional And Utility Program (Ffu) Prepared By The Contractor Will Constitute The Basis For Conducting A Public Procurement Procedure In The Design And Build Formula.
