B) The Development Of Complete Documentation Should Enable The Implementation Of An Investment Consisting Of: • Construction Of A Culvert With Damming In The Form Of A Permanent Threshold In A Dike With A Separated Fire Road J-3 332S, With Its Local Increase (Over A Section Of Approximately 100.00 M, Maintaining The Passage Parameters As A Fire-Fighting Access). This Will Allow The Flood Waters Of The Barycz River To Flow Freely Into The Oxbow Lake Area, And At The Same Time, Constant Damming, Optimally Matched To The Requirements Of The Habitats Occupying The Oxbow Lake, Will Slow Down The Water Outflow During Dry Periods. When Designing The Reconstruction Of The Dike Section, The Geometric Parameters Of The Design Speed Should Be Assumed At V = 30 Km/H. The Width Of The Hardened Road Should Be 3.5 M. The Road Surface Should Have A Load-Bearing Capacity Of At Least 10 Tons And A Vehicle Axle Load Resistance Of 5 Tons (1), • Location On The Sw B4-1 Ditch In The Section 331F Of A Permanent Damming Threshold, Stopping The Outflow Of Water From The Eastern Part Of The Oxbow Lake And At The Same Time Allowing Flood Water To Overflow. The Damming Level Should Reach A Maximum Of The Alder Root Balls Growing On The Banks Of The Ditch (2), • Reconstruction Of The Sw B4 Ditch In Order To Retain Water At The Height Of Divisions 332J / 332H. During Dry Periods, This Will Slow Down The Water Outflow - It Is A Collecting Ditch Collecting Water From The So-Called Plot.
