In Particular, The Subject Of The Order Includes: 1) Purchase And Delivery Of A New School Bus For The Transport Of Students To Schools Run By The Nasielsk Commune, Which: A) Will Be Brand New, Unregistered And Not Previously Used, B) Will Be Approved Full Truck Load,C) It Will Be Used To Transport School Children To Primary Schools And For The Purposes Of Recreation And School Tourism,D) It Will Have All The Documents Necessary To Complete The Formalities Related To Admitting It To Traffic On Public Roads And Vehicle Registration In The Republic Of Poland,2) Delivery With The Bus: Technical And Operational Documentation, All Operating Manuals, Vehicle Approval And All Other Documents Required For Vehicle Registration In The Republic Of Poland.3) Conducting Driver Training In The Field Of Technical Maintenance Under In Terms Of Use, Inspections, Basic Repairs And Operation.4. The Subject Of The Order Is Intended For Use By Natural Persons, So In Accordance With Art. 100 Section 1 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Ordering Party Requires That The Bus Be Adapted For Use By All Users, Taking Into Account The Requirements Regarding Accessibility For People With Disabilities.5.
