1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase And Delivery Of Reagents And Consumables For Biochemical And Immunochemical Tests, Along With The Lease Of Analyzers, I.E. A Basic And Backup Analyzer For Biochemistry And A Basic Analyzer For Immunochemistry For The Municipal Specialist Clinic In Toruń.2. The Ordering Party Also Requires The Analyzers To Be Included/Connected To The Ordering Partys It System, I.E. Infomedica Laboratory Module, Which Involves Connecting All Analyzers To The It System Operating At The Ordering Party - Infomedica Laboratory Module (System Provided By Asseco Poland S.A.). The Inclusion/Connection Of The Analyzers To The Ordering Partys It System Should Be Understood As All Necessary Activities Enabling The Effective Integration Of The Analyzers With The System And Their Uninterrupted Operation, Including In Particular: Programming Work, Configuration, Implementation Work, As Well As A One-Time Purchase Of An Appropriate, Perpetual License. The Above Work Can Only Be Carried Out By Asseco Poland S.A. Or Another Entity Authorized By Asseco Poland S.A. The Performance Of The Above-Mentioned Works And The Purchase Of Appropriate Licenses Is The Responsibility Of The Contractor.
