4.1 The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of The Service Entitled: Transport And Pick-Up Of Disabled Students In The 2026/2027 School Year, Divided Into Parts Including: 4.1.1. Part I: The Ordering Party Commissions And The Contractor Undertakes The Task Of Ensuring Transport And Care During Transport (Arrival And Removal) Of Disabled Students Residing In The Andrychów Commune To The Special Educational And Educational Center In Kaczyn, In Accordance With The List Of Routes And The Number Of Transported Disabled Students Constituting Annex No. 3.4.2 Routes And The Number Of People Transported: 4.2.1. Part I: Kaczyna Route I16 Students + 1 Reserve Places + Guardian (Provided By The Contractor). Departure: Approx. 6:00 – 7:00 Return: Approx. 14:00 - 15:00 4.3 Students Who Have A Certificate Of Need For Special Education Or A Certificate Of Need For Revalidation And Educational Classes Issued By The Psychological And Pedagogical Counseling Center Will Be Transported. 4.4 The Stops Will Be Located As Close As Possible To The Students Place Of Residence. The Exact Location Of Stops As Well As The Route And Departure Times Of The Car Transporting Students Will Be Agreed With The Selected Contractor After Signing The Contract And After Preparing Lesson Plans In Individual Educational Institutions. 4.5 Transport Will Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Timetable Provided By The Director Of Each Institution. The Student Should Be Transported To The Facility At Such A Time That It Is Possible For Him To Start Classes And, If Possible, Picked Up After Their Completion Without Unnecessary Waiting. 4.6 During The Period Of Validity Of The Contract, The List Of Planned Transport Routes And The Number Of Transported Students Referred To In Annex 3 To The Swz May Change. Students Pickup And Drop-Off Times May Also Change As A Result Of School Principals Changing The School Schedule. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Set Different Delivery And Pick-Up Times On Particular Days Of The Week.4.7 During The Term Of The Contract, The Ordering Party Allows For Changes In The Number Of Transported Children. If The Contractor Has Technical Conditions (Free Seats), The Ordering Party May - Without Additional Remuneration - Increase The Number Of Transported Children.4.8 Access To The Place Of Commencement Of Work And Return To The Contractors Office After Completion Of Transport Will Be Carried Out At The Contractors Expense.4.9 The Contractor Is Obliged, At His Own Expense:4.9.1 To Keep Vehicles For Transporting Disabled Persons In Good Technical Condition, Orderly And Clean;4.9.2 To Comply With Health And Safety And Fire Protection Regulations;4.9.3 On Time Transport, Mark The Vehicles With A Sign Placed In A Visible Place, Informing About The Transport Of Disabled Children/Students; 4.9.4 Get Acquainted With The Route On Which The Task Will Be Performed.4.10 The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform The Subject Of The Contract Using Its Own Means Of Transport Th
