Polna In The Month Promnik Preparation Of Design Documentation For The Expansion Of The Municipal Road Ul. Polna In The Month Promnik - Improving The Comfort And Safety Of Residents. Design Documentation For The Implementation Of The Task Includes The Expansion Of The Municipal Road Through The Construction Of An Asphalt Surface And Drainage Of The Road. Polna In The Month Promnik With A Length Of Approx.: 0.540 Km (Plot No. 440/2, 416/9, 418/4, 419/15, 419/19, 419/20, 442/3, 443/6, 425/9 In The City Of Promnik,) On The Section From The Intersection With Promnik Road No. 786 Street Kielecka (Plot No. 440/1) To Plot No. 806/1 In The Month Of Promnik. The Scope Of The Order Includes: 1. Obtaining Map Bases And Preparing Geodetic And Cartographic Documentation (Divisions - If Required) Related To Obtaining The Right To Use The Property For Construction Purposes.2. Conducting An Inventory Of The Area In Order To Properly Recognize The Field Conditions Necessary To Correctly Estimate The Costs And Scope Of Design Works.3. The Design Should Include The Construction Of A Bituminous Surface, Aggregate Roadsides And Road Drainage.4. Rainwater Drainage Should Be Designed Through Plot No. 419/21 Into The Existing Drainage Ditch.5. Including In The Design Documentation (If Required) All Works Necessary For The Proper Functioning Of The Road, E.G. Construction/Reconstruction Of Exits, Inclusions At Intersections, Reconstruction/Construction Of Culverts, Strengthening Of Ditch Slopes, Collisions With Technical Infrastructure, Construction Of Evaporation Tanks, Storm Sewage Systems, Etc.6. Agreeing The Documentation With The Road Manager (Ordering Party).7. Agreements Regarding Technical Solutions Used At The Design Stage.8. Obtaining All Necessary Consents And Arrangements To Complete The Task.9. Preparation Of Map Bases (Map For Design Purposes).10. Obtaining The Appropriate Permit To Carry Out The Works Within 17 Months From The Date Of Signing The Contract. 11. Development, Agreement And Approval Of The Permanent Traffic Organization Project. The Subject Of The Order Should Include (Applicable To All Parts): All Studies, Arrangements And Documents Necessary To Obtain The Appropriate Permit For The Implementation Of The Investment. During Development, The Contractor Will Submit Concepts For Technical/Design Documentation To The Ordering Party For Approval. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Reduce The Scope Of Design Work. Design Documentation Should Be Prepared In Accordance With The Act On Ensuring Accessibility For Persons With Special Needs Of July 19, 2019.
