Comprehensive Organization And Implementation Of 92 Short-Term, 3-Day Stays For Foster And Natural Parents Of A Preventive Nature, Along With Accommodation And Catering Services. 1 Stay = 1 Person. The Contractor Will Ensure The Possibility Of 5 People Staying At The Same Time On The Same Date In Order To Ensure The Possibility Of Conducting Support Groups/Exchanging Experiences. The Number Of People Greater Or Less Than 5 Is Allowed, In Accordance With The Needs Of The Ordering Party. The Contractor Is Obliged To: - Ensure At Least 2 Hours Access To Consultations With A Psychologist And/Or Therapist For Each Participant According To His Or Her Needs; - Organizing At Least 1 Support Group/Meeting Enabling The Exchange Of Experiences In Accordance With The Needs Of Participants (Min. 4 Hours); - Organizing Min. 1 Psychodietetic Workshop (Min. 2 Hours); - Providing Elements Of Physical Recreation, E.G. General Development Exercises, Nordic Walking, Cycling Trips/Classes, Badminton - The Selection And Intensity Of Exercises/Elements Of Physical Recreation Must Be Adapted To The Condition Of The People Taking Part In The Classes; - Providing Free Access To At Least 2 Relaxation And Therapeutic Treatments Helping To Calm The Mind And Regenerate The Nervous System In Order To Regain Vitality And Inner Peace, E.G. Body Massage, Facial Massage, Etc. - Providing Free, Unlimited Access To The Swimming Pool With Jacuzzi, Sauna Zone, Fitness Zone Throughout The Stay. All Activities Must Be Free Of Charge. The Area Around The Center Should Be Conducive To Relaxation, Green Areas, Forests/Parks Should Be Located Near The Center, Encouraging Spending Time Outdoors. At The Place Of Organization Of Stays, E.G. Bicycles/External Gyms/Playing Fields Should Be Available. Any Available Forms Cannot Constitute Treatment In Accordance With The Act Of August 27, 2004 On Health Care Services Financed From Public Funds.
