The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Gardening Works, Ongoing Maintenance Of Order And Cleanliness At The National Memorial Sites Located In The Targówek District Of The Capital City Of Warsaw. Warsaw. A Detailed List Of Works Is Provided In Annex 2 To The Swz - List Of Services. 2. During The Execution Of The Order, The Ordering Party Requires Employment On The Basis Of An Employment Relationship, In The Manner Specified In Art. 22 § 1 Of The Act Of June 26, 1974, Labor Code (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 277), Referred To In Art. 95 Section 1 Of The Act, By The Contractor To Persons Performing On A Daily Basis The Activities Indicated In Annex No. 1 To The Draft Provisions Of The Contract (Annex No. 2 To The Swz), Excluding Management Staff And Administration Employees. All Issues Related To The Method Of Verification Of Employment Referred To Above, As Well As The Employers Rights To Control The Contractors Compliance With The Above-Mentioned Requirements And Sanctions For Failure To Meet These Requirements Are Specified In The Draft Provisions Of The Public Procurement Contract, Constituting Annex No. 1 To Swz.3. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Submission Of Partial Offers. Justification: The Procedure In Question Is Part Of The Contract For Greenery Maintenance Services - Individual Parts Of The Contract Are The Subject Of Separate Proceedings And Will Be Awarded In Separate Procedures.4. The Ordering Party Does Not Reserve The Obligation For The Contractor To Personally Perform Key Tasks Of The Subject Of The Order.5. The Ordering Party Does Not Require The Submission Of The Said Evidence.6. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Submission Of Variant Offers.7. The Contractor Becomes The Producer Of Waste Resulting From The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order. The Method Of Waste Management Must Be In Accordance With The Provisions In Force On The Date Of Order Execution, I.E. The Act Of December 14, 2012 On Waste (Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1587) And The Act Of September 13, 1996 On Maintaining Cleanliness And Order In Municipalities (I.E. Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 399).
