The Subject Of The Proceedings Is The Development Of Complete Technical Documentation Regarding The Adaptation Of Selected Rooms Of The Building (Basements) For The Purpose Of Creating An Emergency Shelter (Mds). The Scope Of The Contract Includes: 1) An Inventory Of The Existing Condition Of The Rooms To Be Adapted; 2) An Analysis Of The Technical Possibilities Of Adapting Them To A Protective Function; 3) The Development Of Design Solutions Enabling The Adaptation Of The Space For Temporary Shelter Of People In Emergency Situations; 4) The Development Of A Construction Design Together With The Necessary Arrangements (Pab And Pt), In Particular Including: A) Architectural Design And Construction, B) Development Of Detailed Designs, C) Development Of Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works (Stwiorb), D) Preparation Of Bills Of Quantities And Investor Cost Estimates. The Entire Study Must Be Submitted To The Ordering Party In A Paper Version - 4 Copies And An Electronic Version; 5) Obtaining All Required Opinions, Arrangements And Technical Conditions; 6) Obtaining The Required Administrative Decisions - The Plot Is Covered By The Provisions Of The Local Development Plan; 7) Preparing And Submitting A Complete Application For A Building Permit;8) Representing The Ordering Party Before The Competent Public Administration Authorities;9) Completing Documentation At The Request Of The Authority;10) Obtaining The Final Decision On The Building Permit. The Final Decision On A Building Permit Is Considered To Be The Decision Against Which The Deadline For Lodging An Appeal Has Expired And Which May Constitute The Basis For Commencing Construction Works; 11) Performing Authors Supervision Over The Investment During The Implementation Of The Works Based On The Documentation For The Task In Question; 12) Transferring The Copyright To The Documentation To The Ordering Party Within The Meaning Of The Act Of February 4, 1994 On Copyright And Related Rights. The Scope Of Copyright Is Defined In § 6 Section 5 Of The Draft Contract; 13) Providing The Ordering Party, As Part Of The Contractual Remuneration, With Substantive Support During The Preparation And Conduct Of The Public Procurement Procedure For The Selection Of A Contractor For Construction Works Carried Out On The Basis Of The Above-Mentioned. Documentation, Including: Cooperation With The Ordering Party In The Preparation Of The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract, Answers To Questions Submitted By Potential Contractors During Public Procurement Procedures For The Implementation Of Construction Works Based On The Documentation Referred To In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract And Preparation Of Possible Modifications To The Design Documentation Resulting From These Questions And The Answers Provided Within 3 Business Days; 14) Updating The Investors Cost Estimate, If Necessary, At The Request Of The Ordering Party Within 5 Business Days And To
