The Given Amounts Of Individual Fuels Are Estimated Values And May Be Reduced According To The Actual Needs Of The Ordering Party. In This Case, The Contractor Is Not Entitled To A Financial Claim. The Fuel Must Meet The Currently Applicable Quality Requirements Specified In The Regulation Of The Minister Of Climate And Environment Of June 26, 2024 On Quality Requirements For Liquid Fuels (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1018) And The Current Standards: Pn-En 228 (For Unleaded Petrol 95) And Pn-En 590 (For Diesel Oil). In Addition To The Diesel Oil Consumed In The Winter, The Contractor Will Use Diesel Oil With Parameters - Ranges For Diesel Oils With Improved Low-Temperature Properties In Accordance With The Guidelines Included In The Regulation Of The Minister Of Climate And Environment Of June 26, 2024 On Quality Requirements For Liquid Fuels (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1018). At The Same Time, The Fuel Offered To The Ordering Party Must Meet The Standards And Requirements Quality In Accordance With The Act Of August 25, 2006 On The Fuel Quality Monitoring And Control System (Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 1529). The Contractor Will Provide Fuel Quality Certificates At Each Request Of The Ordering Party. The Standards Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Define Quality Standards Relating To All Essential Features Of The Subject Of The Contract. In The Event Of Changes To The Applicable Quality Standards During The Term Of The Contract, The Contractor Will Adjust The Quality Of Fuels To The New Standards.4) The Ordering Party Does Not Allow Refueling Using Fuel Or Fleet Cards.
