The Subject Of The Order Is To Perform Comprehensive, Multi-Sectoral Investor Supervision, Including Coordination, Management And Supervision Of The Implementation Of The Investment Called Modernization Of The Former State-Owned Farm Area With Buildings For The Development Purposes Of The Woźniki Commune Carried Out On The Basis Of A Contract With The Contractor Of Construction Works. 2. The Contractors Responsibilities Include: 1) The Scope Of Activities Provided For By The Supervision Inspector In The Act Of July 7, 1994 - Construction Law, 2) Construction Settlement With The Construction Contractor, 3) Construction Settlement With The Ordering Party, 4) Control Of Compliance Of The Investment Implementation With The Design Documentation, Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works And With The Implementation Schedule Adopted In The Contract With The Contractor, 5) The Supervision Inspector Is Responsible For Verifying The Settlements Received From The Contractor Of Construction Works, 6) Checking The Correctness Of Invoicing Of Completed Construction Works, 7) Resolving Technical Doubts Arising In The Course Of Performing The Works, Seeking The Opinion Of Appraisers, If Necessary, 8) Systematic Monitoring And Documenting Progress In The Implementation Of The Investment Project In Accordance With The Technical Documentation, Tender Documents And The Adopted Schedule, And Informing The Ordering Party About Any Issues That May Threaten The Completion Of The Project And Proposing Corrective Programs (The Ordering Party Requires The Inspector To Be Present On The Construction Site At Least Twice A Week),9) Organizing And Conducting Technical, Problem-Solving And Other Meetings, Which Will Be Conducted When Necessary, But At Least Once A Week, And Preparing Notes And Reports To Enable Decisions To Be Made On Any Issue That Affects The Progress Of The Works. All Parties Involved In The Project Should Participate In These Meetings,10) Providing Regular Consultations And Technical Advice To The Employer, Active Participation In All Inspections To Which The Employer Will Be Subjected In The Area Of Project Implementation And Providing Explanations,11) Suspension Of Works In The Event That Their Continuation Could Pose A Threat To Human Life Or Health Or Cause Significant Material Losses,12) Ongoing Consultations With The Author Of The Construction And Executive Design Regarding The Solutions Adopted In The Project And Alternative Solutions,13) Ensuring Compliance With The Ban On Installing Materials And Products Not Approved For Use In Construction, Including Checking That The Construction Manager Has Appropriate Documents (Certificates, Quality Certificates, Test Results Regarding Prefabricated Elements And Other Products), Assessing Them At The Construction Site Before Their Installation,14) Active Participation In Resolving All Types Of Complaints And Claims Of Third Parties Resulting From The Implementation Of T
