Tenders are invited for Supply of Lubricants for Hydro Power Plants under Framework Contract. Presentation of proof of payment of a non refundable amount of Ten Thousand Rwandan Francs (10,000 Frw). This payment shall be made to Account 25044962001/RWF opened at I & M Bank, Rwanda. Well printed bids, properly bound and presented in Two copies one of which is the original must be accompanied by a bid security of One Million Four Hundred Thousand Rwandan francs (Frw 1,400,000Frw) which is as per the format in the bidding document, issued by a reputable bank or other financial institutions with the validity period of One Hundred Fifty (150) days from the opening date of bids.
