Solar Energy – Call For Tenders Ppe2 Small Pv Building. Photovoltaic Installations Are Eligible For This Call For Tenders, Including When They Promote Part Of Their Production As Part Of An Individual Self-Consumption Operation And/Or As Part Of A Collective Self-Consumption Operation, Whose Installed Peak Power P Is Strictly Greater Than 100 Kwp And Whose Sum Of The Peak Power Of The Installation And The Power Q Defined In 1.2.1.2 Is Equal To Or Less Than 500 Kwp. In Accordance With Article L. 311-10 Of The Energy Code, Any Natural Or Legal Person May Participate In This Call For Tenders Subject To The Provisions Of Articles L. 2224-32 And L. 2224-33 Of The General Code Of Local Authorities. Each Complete And Not Eliminated File Is Classified According To The Criterion Of The Price Offered. In The Event Of A Tie On The Proposed Price Criterion, The Files Are Classified In Order Of Submission Of Offers According To The Timestamp Of The Application Site (Date And Time Of Submission Of The Offer). In The Event Of A Tie On The Price Criterion And On The Ranking According To The Timestamp, The Files Are Classified In Descending Order Of Power Of The Installation. In The Event Of A Tie Following This Ranking, All Tied Projects Are Ranked Ex-Aequo. Under 2° Of Article L. 311-12 Of The Energy Code, The Successful Candidates Designated By The Minister Responsible For Energy Benefit From A Contract For Additional Remuneration For The Electricity Produced, Established In Accordance With The Provisions Of Articles L. 311-13-2 To L. 311-13-4 Of The Energy Code And According To The Terms Specified In 7 Of These Specifications. The Candidate Whose Offer Has Been Accepted Undertakes To Ensure That The Completion Of Its Installation Takes Place Before The Deadline Defined By The Specifications.
