Energy-Management Services – European Tender For The Awarding Of Concessions, Through Project Finance, For The Design, Implementation And Management Of Energy Efficiency Interventions, Redevelopment And Regulatory Adaptation Of Public Lighting Systems, Traffic Lights And Municipal Buildings, With Energy Supply, Photovoltaic Integration, Value-Added Services And E-Mobility. This Assignment Has As Its Object The Technological Redevelopment And Energy And Electrical Optimization Of The Municipal Public Lighting Network (Ip Network) And Municipal Buildings (Buildings), Through Services To The Territory And Services For The Building/Plant System. In Particular, The Following Are The Subject Of The Contract: The Preparation Of The Executive Project; The Execution Of Interventions; The Management Of Systems And Provision Of Services; Ordinary Maintenance On The Systems And Extraordinary Maintenance On The Systems Subject To Intervention; Extraordinary Non-Conservative Ceiling Maintenance; Support To The Grantor In The Creation Of Cers In The Area And Their Management; The Supply Of Energy Carriers. This Concession Is Of A Mixed Type Pursuant To Art. 180 Of Legislative Decree No. 36/2023, With Economic And Functional Prevalence Of Services.
