The Subject Of This Order Is The Provision Of Transport And Return Services For Students To Schools In The Śmigiel Commune And To The Special School Complex In Kościan In The 2026/2027 School Year As Part Of Regular Transport (Purchase Of Monthly Tickets). 2. The Subject Of The Order Includes The Purchase Of Personalized Monthly Tickets For Students Commuting From The Śmigiel Commune To Educational Institutions Run By The Śmigiel Commune, As Well As To The Facility Of The Special School Complex In Kościan, In Order To Use The Service Of Regular Passenger Transport In National Road Transport As Part Of Regular Lines Covering The Towns From Which Students Commute To Educational Institutions In The Śmigiel Commune And To The Facility Of The Special School Complex. The Contractor Will Carry Out Deliveries And Drop-Offs On Designated Routes With Priority For Students Based On Monthly Tickets. 6. As Part Of Communication Lines And Courses According To Timetables Created On The Basis Of The Order Documentation, Apart From This Order, The Contractor May Provide Paid Transport Services To Other Persons As Part Of Ticket Fees, Provided That He Must Primarily Provide Transport To Students And Guardians Under The Concluded Contract. 7. When Providing The Services, The Contractor Is Obliged To Ensure The Safety Of Transported Students In Accordance With Applicable Technical Regulations And Standards Regarding Public Transport Of Persons, The Use Of Appropriate Rolling Stock For The Transport Of Students And Its Correct Marking In Accordance With Applicable Regulations, Third-Party Liability And Personal Accident Insurance Throughout The Entire Period Of Execution Of The Order And Bearing The Costs Of Damage Resulting From The Performance Of The Service, As Well As Liability For Any Incidents Arising From This Cause. 9.
