Explanation: The Assignment Concerns A Government Contract For Services With The Object Of Appointing A Design Agency To Carry Out An Integrated Study Assignment In The Context Of The Sustainable Renovation Of The Facades Of Building A And Building C Of The Hospital Campus. The Engineering Office Is Charged With Analyzing The Existing Facades And Developing A Well-Thought-Out And Future-Oriented Renovation Vision, Resulting In A Sustainable Facade Solution That: - Has An Architectural Appearance That Fits The Function, Identity And Social Role Of The Hospital; - Contributes To Increased Internal Comfort For Users, With Attention To, Among Other Things, Thermal Comfort, Acoustics, Daylight And Indoor Climate; - Commitment To Sustainability, Energy Performance, Lifespan And Ease Of Maintenance; - Is Technically, Structurally And Aesthetically Coherent With The Existing Buildings And Their Context. The Assignment Includes Both The Conceptual And Technical Study, Including The Formulation And Substantiation Of Design Choices, And The Development Of The Facade Concept Into An Executable Technical File, Including Plans, Details, Technical Provisions And Estimates, In Order To Enable The Effective Realization Of The Facade Renovation. For This Assignment, The Target Budget For The Works Is 2,800,000 Euros Excluding Vat And Excluding Fees. Concluding An Agreement On The Basis Of These Specifications Does Not Give The Service Provider Any Exclusivity Rights. During The Term Of The Agreement, Services Identical Or Analogous To Those Described In These Specifications May Be Carried Out By Other Service Providers. The Contractor Cannot Therefore Claim Any Compensation.
