The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of A Device For Semi-Industrial Simulation Of The Process Of Regulated Solidification And Refining Of Metal Alloys (Ep). Delivery Of The Subject Of The Order Will Take Place At The Registered Office Of The Ordering Party: 44-100 Gliwice Ul. Karola Miarki 12-14 Hall Vii. The Eżp Device Is Designed To Carry Out A Controlled Electroslag Remelting Process Of Steel. The Device Is Designed To Work With Two Different Sizes Of Stationary Copper Crystallizers. Each Crystallizer Allows The Production Of A Dedicated Format/Size Of The Product - Raffinate/Ingots. As Part Of The Awarded Order, The Contractor Is Obliged To Design The Device, Manufacture And Install It At The Ordering Partys Premises. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 2 To The Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Order And In The Conditions Of Acceptance Of The Device (Appendix No. 3B). The Offered Subject Of The Order Must: A. Be Brand New, Designed To Meet The Requirements Of The Ordering Party And The Turn-Key Solution Installation, Without Signs Of Use, As Well As Complete And Of Full Value. B. Should Meet The Quality Requirements And Properties Specified By The Ordering Party And The Manufacturer Of A Given Product; C. Meet At Least The Minimum Technical, Quality And Functional Parameters Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Opz). All Solutions Proposed By The Contractor Must Be Equivalent (At A Level Not Worse) Or Better Than Those Indicated By The Ordering Party. Their Use Cannot In Any Way Negatively Affect The Proper Functioning Of The Systems And Technical And Functional Solutions Provided For In The Opz For Other Equipment, Devices And Equipment; D. Guarantee Functionality And Reliability Of Use Within The Scope Of Its Intended Use. Delivery Of The Subject Of The Order To The Place Indicated By The Ordering Party In The Content Of The Swz. B. Unloading The Subject Of The Order; C. Bring It And Place It In The Indicated Place; D. Assembly, Installation, Commissioning And Setting Of Devices - Adaptation To The Existing Infrastructure; E. Conducting Training/Instruction For Users Of The Subject Of The Order Immediately After The Stand Is Launched, With Translation In Polish, On The Operation And Operation Of The Devices, Enabling Efficient And Independent Operation, By The Contractors Training Staff; F. Be Liable For Damage To Third Parties Resulting From The Performance Of Activities Related To The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order; G. Ensuring Proper Law And Order And Compliance With Occupational Health And Safety And Fire Protection Regulations At The Assembly Site Of The Subject Of The Order Within The Limits Provided By The Ordering Party; H. Having, Throughout The Entire Period Of Validity Of The Agreement, Civil Liability Insurance In The Scope Of Activities Related To The Supply, Also Covering, Up To The Amount Of The Guarantee Sum Not Less Than Pln 1,000,000.00 Or Below The Limit, Civil Liability For Damages Related To
