It Services: Consulting, Software Development, Internet And Support – Supply, Development And Operation Of A Software Solution For The Agenda Information System. The Subject Of The Public Contract Is The Provision Of The Following Services By The Supplier: I. Delivery Of An Agenda Information System (Hereinafter Referred To As Port) Consisting In The Gradual Development And Implementation Of The Port, Which Means Its Gradual Creation, Development And Implementation Into The Server And Communication Infrastructure Provided By The Supplier For Its Operation; And Ii. Ensuring The Operation Of The Port, Including The Provision Of The Server And Communication Infrastructure Provided By The Supplier For Its Operation And Ensuring Cooperation In The Migration Of Data From The Current Software Solution Used By The Client To The Port, With The Understanding That This Infrastructure Will Be A Cloud Computing Service In The Sense Of Act No. 365/2000 Coll., On Public Administration Information Systems And On The Amendment Of Certain Other Laws, As Amended. The Subject Of The Public Contract Is Described In Detail In The Tender Documentation Annexes, Especially In Annex No. 2 (Binding Draft Contract).
