The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Bus Transport Services In Public Collective Transport In The Public Transport System On Lines Included In The Communication Network Covering The Area Of ​​The Inter-Municipal Transport Association Based In Jastrzębie-Zdrój In The Area Of ​​Marklowice, Mszana, Pszów, Radlin, Rydułty And Neighboring Communes. The Ordering Party Does Not Envisage Dividing The Order Into Parts Due To The Increase In The Costs Of Performing The Order. The Ordering Party Is Obliged To Apply The Act On Electromobility And Alternative Fuels (Meeting The Requirement Of A Minimum Share Of Electric Buses In The Bus Fleet). Dividing The Order Will Make It Impossible To Optimize The Transport Work For Individual Drivers, And Thus Will Result In The Need To Require More Buses, Which Will Translate Directly Into A Higher Order Value. Additionally, The Provision Of Electric Bus Services By More Than One Contractor May Contribute To Higher Costs Of Operating The Depot And Bus Charging Infrastructure. The Expected Annual Material Scope, Excluding Access From The Depot To The Starting Stop And Exits To The Depot From The Final Stop, Is Approximately 1,057,118.4 Km. A Total Of 8,456,947.1 Km Is Planned For The Entire Period (As Of The Date Of Signing The Contract). To Estimate The Value Of The Service, Project Timetables Were Attached, Constituting Annex No. 2 To The Contract - Timetable Of Communication Lines, In Annex No. 2 To Swz - Draft Contract With Annexes. The Timetable Of Individual Bus Lines Is Presented In Annex No. 2 To The Contract - Timetable Of Communication Lines, In Annex No. 2 To Swz - Draft Contract With Attachments, Because The Timetable Is Subject To Constant Modification, Current Timetables Valid From The Date Of Commencement Of The Service Will Be Provided To The Contractor On The Day The Contract Is Signed.
